Already have your wedding stationery designed? Perfect. Send us your finished artwork and we’ll take care of the printing, trimming and finishing so your design feels just as beautiful in your hands as it did on your screen.

This option is perfect if you created your design in Canva, purchased an editable template, worked with another designer, or simply have a finished file that is ready to print. No redesign required. You bring the artwork, we bring it to life.

Select the finished size that best matches what you’ve designed. Pricing is based on standard wedding stationery sizes and professional full-color printing.

Before you order

• Your artwork should be completely finished and ready to print.
• For the best result, upload a print-quality PDF whenever possible.
• Artwork should be sized to the exact finished dimensions you are ordering.
• Please include bleed if your color, photo or artwork extends all the way to the edge.
• We recommend 300 DPI for any raster images used in your design.
• Please double-check names, dates, spelling and event information before submitting your file.

What happens next

1. Choose your finished size and quantity.
2. Place your order.
3. Send us your final print-ready artwork with your order information.
4. We’ll review the file for basic print setup before production. If we spot an obvious sizing or print-readiness issue, we’ll reach out before printing.
5. Once everything is ready, your stationery moves into production.

This listing is specifically for print-ready artwork and does not include design changes, extensive file setup or recreation of artwork. If your file needs more than basic print preparation, reach out and we can help you choose the best design service.

A note about color: Screens and printed paper reproduce color differently, so slight variations between what you see on your phone or computer and the finished printed piece are normal.

Not sure which size you need? Invitation cards are commonly 5 × 7, detail cards 4 × 6 or 4.25 × 5.5, RSVP cards 3.5 × 5, and menus 4 × 8. If your design is something different, reach out before ordering and we’ll point you in the right direction.
