ARTWORK CHECKLIST
Good files make
great finished pieces.
Different materials ask different things from artwork. Send the best file you have and we will tell you if another format is needed.
Print-ready PDF is best
For stationery and flat print, a print-quality PDF at final size is preferred. Raster images should be 300 DPI whenever possible.
Vector gives us flexibility
Vector PDF, AI, EPS or SVG artwork is preferred for logos, lettering and graphics that may need to scale. High-resolution raster artwork may also work.
Share or export
Export a finished design as PDF Print or provide a Canva share link with access enabled. We will review it before production.
Use one shared folder
Place logos, artwork and reference files in one Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive or iCloud folder, then send one accessible link.

HOW TO SHARE YOUR ARTWORK
- Place the files in Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, iCloud or Canva.
- Set the share permission so anyone with the link can view or download.
- Paste that link into the artwork field.

Before you submit.
Can you print vinyl, decals and signs too?
Yes. Print My Design is not limited to paper. Finished artwork can be reviewed for adhesive decals, storefront and window graphics, vehicle decals and lettering, banners, coroplast, rigid signage and other large-format applications. We confirm the right material and production fit before anything begins.
What if I do not know the right material?
That is completely fine. Tell us where the piece will be used, whether it is indoors or outdoors, the approximate size and what you want it to do. We will recommend the most appropriate material.
Will you print immediately after I submit?
No. We review the artwork, application and project details first. Production begins only after scope, pricing and final details are confirmed.
What if my file is not print-ready?
We will tell you what needs attention before anything begins. If recreation, vectorization or design work is needed, we will explain the next step and any additional cost first.
Can I send a Canva design?
Yes. Send an accessible Canva share link or export the final design as PDF Print. For logos or graphics that need to scale significantly, we may ask for vector artwork if the exported file is not suitable.
